Space of Grace, its employees, practitioners, contributors, authors, advisors, clients and affiliate organizations or any third parties mentioned on the Space of Grace website, to the fullest extent permitted by the law, disclaim all warranties, either express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, noninfringement of third parties’ rights, and fitness for any particular purpose. All above referenced parties, individually, severally and inclusively, do not provide any warranty or guarantee of any results to be obtained from participation therein.
By your proceeding forward with any use of the website and contents thereof, you expressly acknowledge and agree that neither Space of Grace nor its respective employees, practitioners, contributors, authors, advisors, clients, associates and affiliates or any third parties mentioned on the Space of Grace website, are responsible for the results of your decisions resulting from the use of the content including, but not limited to, your choosing to seek or not seek professional medical care or professional mental health care, or your choosing or not choosing specific treatment based on the content or service of this website. By your acceptance you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Space of Grace and its respective employees, practitioners, contributors, authors, advisors, clients, associates and affiliates or any third parties mentioned on the Space of Grace website against any claim of harm or injury and accept full self-responsibility for all choices, actions and decisions made in connection to your participation and use of the contents, services and interactions thereof.
If at any time we assert that different support methods or treatments are more appropriate for your situation we reserve the right to cancel your services and refer you to an appropriate licensed therapist or medical professional. Under such circumstances, all prepaid and unused payments for services will be refunded.
We do not provide any refunds in other circumstances. In a case where you should experience problems receiving a service after purchasing access to this service, we'll assist you through email communication or via the inquiry function. However, we cannot prevent or guarantee the necessary functionality of your internet connection which is a basic requirement to participate with the Space of Grace practitioners and the fulfillment of the services offered on the Space of Grace website.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Your wellbeing and personal breakthroughs are our priority; please make them yours as well. If for any reason you cannot attend a session with a Space of Grace practitioner you are fully responsible for informing him/her and arranging alternate times. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required otherwise the session will be deemed to be forfeit.
